Ingredients
- 1 ball pizza dough
- 1 cup crushed san marzano tomatoes
- 6 oz mozzarella
- 0.25 cup leaves basil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp salt
or add items individually:
Instructions
1. Preheat oven with stone/steel to 500–550°F (260–290°C).
2. Stretch dough thin; spread crushed San Marzano tomatoes lightly.
3. Top with sliced mozzarella; drizzle olive oil; salt lightly.
4. Bake 6–8 minutes until crust is blistered and cheese melted.
5. Add fresh basil leaves after baking; slice and serve.
