Garlicky butter shrimp with rice and lemon.
Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp
- 5 cloves garlic
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 lemon lemon
- 4 servings rice

Instructions
1. Pat shrimp dry; season lightly with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Melt butter with a little olive oil; add minced garlic, cook fragrant (30–60 sec).
3. Add shrimp; sauté 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
4. Finish with lemon juice; adjust seasoning.
5. Serve immediately over rice with extra lemon.
