Garlicky butter shrimp with rice and lemon.

Instructions
1. Pat shrimp dry; season lightly with salt, pepper, and paprika. 2. Melt butter with a little olive oil; add minced garlic, cook fragrant (30–60 sec). 3. Add shrimp; sauté 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. 4. Finish with lemon juice; adjust seasoning. 5. Serve immediately over rice with extra lemon.
