Beef patty over rice, brown gravy, sunny-side egg.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups beef stockYou don't have this in your pantry
  • 2 tbsp butterYou don't have this in your pantry
  • 2 tbsp flourYou don't have this in your pantry
  • 2 eggs eggYou don't have this in your pantry

Instructions
1. Form seasoned beef patties; sear both sides until cooked to preference; keep warm. 2. In same pan, melt butter; add sliced onion and cook until soft. 3. Stir in flour to make a roux; cook 1–2 minutes. 4. Whisk in beef stock gradually; simmer until thick gravy forms; season to taste. 5. Fry eggs sunny-side up. 6. Serve steamed rice topped with patty, gravy, and egg.
