Beef patty over rice, brown gravy, sunny-side egg.
Ingredients
- 0.75 lb ground beef
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 0.5 medium onion
- 2 cups beef stock
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 eggs egg
or add items individually:
Instructions
1. Form seasoned beef patties; sear both sides until cooked to preference; keep warm.
2. In same pan, melt butter; add sliced onion and cook until soft.
3. Stir in flour to make a roux; cook 1–2 minutes.
4. Whisk in beef stock gradually; simmer until thick gravy forms; season to taste.
5. Fry eggs sunny-side up.
6. Serve steamed rice topped with patty, gravy, and egg.
