Crispy rolls with pork, shrimp, and veggies; serve with nuoc cham.
Ingredients
- 12 wrappers spring roll wrappers
- 0.75 lb ground pork
- 0.5 lb shrimp
- 2 cups cabbage
- 1 medium carrot
- 2 oz glass noodles
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 0.5 cup oil
or add items individually:
Instructions
1. Soak glass noodles until softened; drain and cut.
2. Mix ground pork with minced garlic, fish sauce, shredded cabbage, carrot, chopped shrimp, and noodles.
3. Place mixture on wrapper, roll tightly, sealing edges.
4. Fry at 350°F (175°C) until golden and crisp; drain.
5. Serve hot with nuoc cham dipping sauce.
