Crispy rolls with pork, shrimp, and veggies; serve with nuoc cham.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 lb shrimpYou don't have this in your pantry
  • 2 cups cabbageYou don't have this in your pantry
  • 1 medium carrotYou don't have this in your pantry
  • 2 oz glass noodlesYou don't have this in your pantry
  • 3 cloves garlicYou don't have this in your pantry
  • 2 tbsp fish sauceYou don't have this in your pantry
  • 0.5 cup oilYou don't have this in your pantry

Instructions
1. Soak glass noodles until softened; drain and cut. 2. Mix ground pork with minced garlic, fish sauce, shredded cabbage, carrot, chopped shrimp, and noodles. 3. Place mixture on wrapper, roll tightly, sealing edges. 4. Fry at 350°F (175°C) until golden and crisp; drain. 5. Serve hot with nuoc cham dipping sauce.
