Mixed rice bowl with veggies, beef, egg, and gochujang.
Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 cup sliced shiitake
- 0.75 lb beef
- 4 eggs egg
- 4 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
or add items individually:
Instructions
1. Cook rice; keep warm.
2. Sauté vegetables separately with a little oil and salt: spinach, sprouts, carrot, mushrooms.
3. Cook sliced beef with soy, sugar, garlic; set aside.
4. Fry eggs sunny-side up.
5. Arrange rice in bowls; top with veggies, beef, and egg.
6. Serve with gochujang and a drizzle of sesame oil; mix before eating.
