Creamy tomato-butter sauce with spiced chicken.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups tomato pureeYou don't have this in your pantry
  • 3 tbsp butterYou don't have this in your pantry

  • 3 cloves garlicYou don't have this in your pantry

Instructions
1. Marinate chicken in yogurt, garam masala, garlic, and ginger 30+ minutes. 2. Sear chicken until lightly browned; set aside. 3. In same pan, add butter and tomato puree; simmer with spices. 4. Return chicken; simmer until cooked through. 5. Stir in cream; adjust salt and garam masala; simmer briefly. 6. Serve with rice or naan.
